Example 1: Man who had an infirmity for thirty eight years

An angel is a celestial being and a messenger of God. It takes instructions from God to accomplish His purposes. (Jn.5:4a. For an angel went down at a certain season into the pool, and troubled the water :) The angel in question used to stir up water in a particular pool to create an atmosphere for healing once in a year.

There used to lay a crowd of challenged people in the pool who usually await the occasional stir of the water (Jn.5:3. In these lay a great multitude of impotent folk, of blind, halt, withered, waiting for the moving of the water)
A particular invalid has been waiting for healing for thirty eight years at the pool. (Jn.5:5. And a certain man was there, which had an infirmity thirty and eight years)

Jesus the master healer came on the scene but because the man in question having been there for thirty eight years has created an atmosphere/shell of unbelief around him. (Jn. 5:6-7. When Jesus saw him lie, and knew that he had been now a long time in that case, he saith unto him, Wilt thou be made whole? The impotent man answered him, Sir, I have no man, when the water is troubled, to put me into the pool: but while I am coming, another steppeth)

Example 2: Job. 1:1-20
Job a man of God had his own crisis season. Irrespective of his closeness with God, he went through crisis. Job. 1:12-19
Lessons:
1.     Job worshipped God even in his crisis. (Job 1:20. Then Job arose, and rent his   mantle, and shaved his head, and fell down upon the ground, and worshipped, Job.13:15. Though he slay me, yet will I trust in him: but I will maintain mine own ways before him.)

2.     When in crisis, God is with you and will always set boundaries that Satan         cannot cross. Job.1:12.
